Flipstar Lending was created and founded by Bobby Dorgan. Mr. Dorgan found his way into real estate in the early 2000’s buying and selling land out west. After watching countless episodes of A&E’s hit TV show “Flip This House” along with years of practice hands on helping his father flip houses as a child growing up, in 2006 at the age of 22 Mr. Dorgan was ready to go all in and purchased his first rehab property for a “Fix and Flip.” “Once I SOLD my first Fix and Flip property you should of seen the look on the bank teller’s face when I handed her the closing check and asked her to cash it! The lady’s eyes got so big and her hands started shaking! She thought it was fake and couldn’t believe that this young 22 year old boy handed her a check so big!” What a Rush! – Bobby Dorgan Mr. Dorgan grew a passion for helping others and bringing life back into old buildings.

In 2008 Mr. Dorgan got his Real Estate License and joined the family business working at his father’s real estate brokerage which was Century 21 Abbot Realty & Auction at the time. Mr. Dorgan’s passion for revitalizing and flipping houses lead him to master and gain extensive knowledge of the niche market known as REO. (Real Estate Owned) aka (Bank Owned Properties). He became an REO Agent and represented several banks, asset managment companies, REITS, and other real estate investors. In 2014 Mr. Dorgan founded BPOvaluation.com, a national real estate valuations company.
